Account Information: When you sign up using Google, Apple, or email, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture. This information is used to identify your account and personalize your experience.
Content You Upload: Pet photos you upload are processed for AI image generation. We do not permanently store your original uploaded images — only a cryptographic hash is retained for record-keeping purposes and cannot be used to reconstruct the original image.
Generated Content: AI-generated images are stored on our servers for 24 hours to allow you to download them. They are automatically deleted after this period.
Usage Data: We maintain records of your generation history, point transactions, sign-in history, and payment records.
Technical Information: Browser type, access times, IP addresses, approximate country/region/city derived from IP address, and related request metadata may be logged for security, fraud prevention, service diagnostics, and reliability purposes. This data is limited to authorized operations and support use.
Payment Information: We do not store or process full credit card details. All payment processing is handled by PayPal, and their privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

Important: We do not use your uploaded pet photos or generated images to train our AI models, nor do we share them with third parties for training purposes.

3. Data Retention

Account Information: Retained until you request account deletion.
Uploaded Pet Photos: Original images are not permanently stored. We process your images only for the immediate generation request. A cryptographic hash is stored for record-keeping but cannot be used to recover the original image.
Generated Images: Stored on our servers for 24 hours from creation, then automatically deleted. Please download images you wish to keep within this window.
Transaction and Payment Records: Retained for as long as reasonably required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution purposes, and as required by applicable law.
Log and Technical Data: IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, browser/request metadata, and access logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and operations, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse or comply with law.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers, each of which operates under their own privacy policies:

Firebase Auth: User authentication services, provided by Google
PayPal: Payment processing for point purchases
AI Generation Services: Third-party AI providers process your images to fulfill generation requests. Images are processed only for the immediate request and are not stored or used for model training.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session state and keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or share your browsing behavior with advertisers.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
